These terms apply to the Gable app, website, and related services. By using Gable, you agree to them.

Using Gable

You may use Gable for lawful purposes, subject to these terms and any applicable App Store terms. We retain ownership of the app and service. You must not interfere with the service, access another person’s account without permission, bypass security or usage limits, or infringe others’ rights.

Sign-in is optional. If you use an account or connect an agent, protect your credentials and review the permissions you grant. Contact us if you suspect unauthorised access.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you create or import. You must have the rights needed to use it. When you submit content to our services, you give us permission to store, process, and display it only as needed to provide those services and carry out your instructions, including access you authorise for connected agents.

Keep backups of important work. Local projects may be lost if you delete app data or lose your device. Signing in does not automatically upload or back up local projects.

Online features and other providers

Online features require a connection and may depend on other providers. Their terms may apply to your use of their services. You can revoke connected-agent access from your account. Revoking access does not undo actions already taken or remove copies already held by that provider.

Purchases

Prices and included features are shown before purchase. App Store purchases are processed by Apple under its payment and subscription rules. Your rights under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.

Availability and output

We aim to keep Gable available, but interruptions and errors can occur. Check outputs before relying on them. Gable is not a substitute for professional advice or verification of measurements, structural safety, or regulatory compliance.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.

Stopping or suspending access

You can stop using Gable at any time and request account deletion through [email protected]. We may restrict online access where reasonably necessary to address serious misuse, a security risk, or a legal requirement. Where practicable and lawful, we will explain the reason and give you an opportunity to resolve the issue.

Changes

We may update Gable and these terms. We will publish revised terms with an effective date and give reasonable advance notice of material changes where practicable, unless urgent security or legal needs require earlier action. If you do not accept revised terms, you can stop using the service.
